We allow exchange on the same product (same price) in a different size or different color. We do not offer exchange within a different product. If would like to receive different product instead we ask nicely that you place a new order online simply for the product that you are most likely interested in.

Products should be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged nor unaltered, in original packaging.

Returns/Exchanges altered, worn, or damaged products will not be accepted and will be returned to you. This does not affect your legal rights in relation to items that may have manufacturing defects.

To return/exchange a product you must inform us on the reasoning to exchange or return a product. Please fill out the form on our contact page with a brief description with it also including your order number.
